I honestly don’t know what else can I do to lose more weight, I eat less than 500 kcal per day, I exercise and STILL I CAN’T LOOK PRETTY IN A BIKINI, my butt is horrible and I don’t know what can I do :(
I’m going to Brazil next month :( I can’t look like this anymore
Still can’t get a flat stomach :(

Afternoon Snack:
1 plum = 40 kcal
Dinner:
1 cup of low calorie soup = 30 kcal
Total: 166 kcal
GYM: Burn at least 200 kcal
Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee with skim milk = 70 kcal
Lunch:
1 plate of soup = 30 kcal
Snack:
1 apple = 60 kcal
Dinner:
1 plate of soup = 30 kcal
Total = 190 kcal
